Sanhua Group is a well-known multinational company in the HVAC&R sector having established 1984 it has headquarters in China. The company continues to have over three decades of its stronghold in the market. Dipak Bhadania- Country Head, Sanhua climate and appliance controls group co.Ltd in an interview talks about the attempts made by the company to reach the worldwide objective of carbon neutrality.
Can you delve into the details about the various products that Sanhua provides?
Sanhua Group is one of the leading global companies in the HVAC & R industry. The company is into many business segments like manufacturing of HVAC & R components, Micro Channel Heat Exchangers, residential business, the company is also producing VPHE;s heat exchanges that go into the HVAC industry. We are also into the automobile sector where we supply components to all major manufacturers in the world. The company is based in China, we have six plus R&D centres across the globe, 20 plus factories across the globe and more than 60 per cent of the turnover of this company is from outside China. All the products comply with the global standards and are accepted across the globe.
Are there any green products offered by the company?
Sanhua is focusing on carbon neutrality and they are investing four per cent of their self-revenue in innovation and development. Last year, the turnover of Sanuaha Group was around Rs 23 thousand crore i.e., close to USD 6.5 billion. In every 16 hours the company is making one pattern, we are developing products that meet environmental requirements, including the global warming aspects. We are focusing on producing products that are increasing the efficiency of the system as a whole. We are producing products that are in tune with natural refrigerants like ammonia, CO2 and many other refrigerants with a very low GWP ratings.
Tell us more about your products.
We have a full range of Sanhua products that covers all line controls that go into air conditioning and refrigeration applications. We also have come up with new products for the Indian market that goes into the, CO2 as a refrigerant, along with this a new range of ammonia products that we are offering to the customers, we have also come up with a better electronic expansion wall series that gives more efficiency to the customer’s applications and we also have micro channel heat exchangers that is used in various applications of air conditioning and refrigeration to inverse their CO2 ratings achieve higher efficiency and we also have a plate heat exchangers which is a new product by Sanhua, that covers an entire range of air conditioning and refrigeration.
How is the company planning on evolving in order to better move forward?
For any company to evolve they need to focus on customer’s needs, they need to make products as per the market demands. Sanhua is producing products that meet customer’s requirements, so we are offering a large product portfolio that includes products from ‘fork to farm’, that covers all the major applications of air conditioning and refrigeration.
